The reference to “Virginia Tech University” is an error. Presumably the writer means Virginia Tech, or Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. There is no Virginia Tech University.

Gracious, Peter – thank you for getting all this up and for nice words about FAWCO in the “UOCAVA voters” article – It takes you now to the updated front page which tells that both bills were approved yesterday by the Committee, clearing them for review by the full House… a little movement…
